ACH warrants that it does not provide any Professional Financial advice on this web site.

The Service should not be construed to be an advertisement for solicitation for Donations for non-governmental organizations or other charitable organizations listed in this website.

The User also agrees that his sole remedy under this Terms of Use is cancellation of the Service.
